Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK, with international shipping available to selected countries. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Express options may be available at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition. Please contact us before returning anything.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged please get in touch within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.

Yes, all titles in our catalogue are new.
